So many incredible things have happened in my lifetime.
The atom bomb, for example. Okay, I was 1-month old, but that’s in my lifetime.
But there are many others . . . Jackie Robinson . . . the microwave . . . a man on the moon . . . cable TV . . . wireless phone . . . the internet . . . a black president . . . social media.
Because of our genius, I have no doubt we’ll respond to these turbulent times. We’ll find the cure for this nasty cornavirus; we’ll eliminate some social injustice.
Soon our ballparks, stadiums, arenas and golf courses will be filled with beer guzzling, hot dog chomping, screaming fans.
Normal will be restored. We’re too smart to fail.
