2015-2016 Host Information

Whether you’re a first-timer, a coach of beginning players or a coach who’s looking to take the next step in your career, the US Lacrosse instructional clinics are designed to help you achieve your goals.
If your area would like to host a CEP clinic this fall (October – December), please contact our Chapter CEP Coordinator, Adam Kelley,  NLT 30 Jul.
Depending on the situation the Chapter MAY be able to help defray some costs.

Clinic Levels:
Level 1
Coaches will receive instruction on the responsibilities and philosophies of coaching and how to provide a safe and athlete-centered environment that emphasizes positive growth and sportsmanship.
Level 2
Coaches will receive detailed instruction on building the tactical elements of their team based on overarching principles for offense, defense and transition.
Level 3
Coaches will receive detailed instruction on pregame preparation and tactics of the game. They also engage in critical thinking activities to build a higher lacrosse IQ for themselves and their team.
Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) aims to make lacrosse a positive, character-building experience for every athlete and to improve the experience for officials, coaches, parents and fans. Through workshops and online courses, PCA has impacted more than four million youth. PCA’s partnership network includes more than 1,700 youth sports organizations, cities and schools.
