Tomorrow is game day, so as we do every Friday (or at least two out of the last six Fridays this year) we’re going to share with you the Broken Down Volvo Keys to Victory. Football’s not hard. There are but two things that must happen for Florida to have a much better shot at winning tomorrow.

1. Do not dick around on offense in the first quarter. If the Gators can come out and smack LSU in the mouth with an early touchdown, life will be much easier. Get out in front, play with a lead and let the defense, the running game and – most importantly – the clock win the game for you. If the Gators find themselves down early, that’s no reason to panic. If we’re down late in the game and we need Jeff Driskel to engineer a drive against this pass rush, we might be in trouble.
