Alignment Healthcare Joins American Diabetes Association’s Stop Diabetes® Efforts in Jacksonville, FL

JACKSONVILLE, FL (Month Day, 2016) – The American Diabetes Association (Association) is proud to announce Alignment Healthcare as a new corporate sponsor of the Stop Diabetes® campaign in Florida: Duval/Clay Counties through July 2017.
 
As a strategic partner in Jacksonville, Alignment Healthcare will support the following Association programs and events:

Nearly 30 million Americans are currently living with diabetes, with a new diagnosis occurring approximately every 23 seconds.
